Project Lena builds a support agent out of your own material — your documents, your pages, your answers — lets it call your systems when a question needs a real lookup, and puts it on your website with a single line of code.
Train it, give it tools, watch what it says, and change your mind whenever you like.
Upload files, paste text, write question-and-answer pairs, or point it at a URL. Each source is broken into passages the agent retrieves from, so an answer comes from something you wrote rather than something the model guessed.
Describe an HTTP endpoint and what it takes, and the agent can call it mid-conversation to look up an order, check a balance, or open a ticket. Every action is testable on its own before a customer ever triggers it.
Talk to the agent exactly as a customer would while you tune its prompt, model and temperature. The widget is designed in the same place, against a live preview that renders from the same settings the real one does.
A floating bubble in the corner, or an iframe set into the page. Both are a single line to paste, and both follow the design you set afterwards without anyone having to paste anything again.
Read back any thread the way it happened, including which actions ran and what they returned. When an answer was wrong, the transcript shows you where it came from instead of leaving you to reconstruct it.
Conversations, messages and model calls over any window you choose, with the languages people wrote in, the countries they came from, and the hours they came in. Nothing is stored twice: it is the log, grouped.
There is no modelling to do and nothing to host. The work is describing your business once and deciding what the agent may do on its own.
Give the agent your documents, pages and answers. It is ready as soon as they finish ingesting.
Set the voice, the greeting, the colours and what it is allowed to do. Try it until it sounds right.
Paste one snippet on your site. Change your mind later and the live widget follows.
Every agent, source and conversation belongs to one company and is read back under that company alone. Uploaded files live outside the web root and are never served directly.
Run as many agents as you have jobs for them — one for sales, one for support, one for a single campaign — and let your colleagues work on them alongside you.
Visitors write in the language they think in. The agent replies in the same one, and the statistics tell you which languages your customers actually use.
